How much does the training cost?
The Nanny Agency Accelerator is now only $1,997 for a limited time and includes all of your materials, Nanny Agency Business Training, Startup Toolkit, Official Agency Operator Certificate, Expert Advice and more.  Payment Plans are available if you are unable to pay in full at this time.

Do you offer any payment plans?
Yes, we offer affordable payment plan options that allow you to split your payments in bi-weekly or monthly payments.  

How long is the Nanny Agency Business Course?
The Agency Accelerator Training is a 4-week online program and you are able to complete each week's module at your own pace and schedule.

What are the requirements to register?
We require that our students be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID document such as a passport or State ID - something that can verify your name and identity for your official Agency Program certificate of completion.  

Do I need a SSN to enroll?
No, you do not need to provide your SSN to register for courses.  

Do I need a computer to take the online training?
No you do not need a computer to access the training.  Although we recommend viewing the interactive training program on a larger screen, you can easily access your training on a smart phone, tablet or laptop.  

Do you help with LLC and business formation?
Yes, our Nanny Agency Business Accelerator goes over the information and steps for you to set up your agency professionally.  Action steps are provided to guide you at the end of each module.  If you would are interested in having business services such as website design and legal formation setup done for you by our experts, you may order additional consulting services following your training.

How often is the training offered?
The Nanny Agency Business Accelerator (NABA) Program is offered once per month.  We recommend you register in advance to ensure your package and materials arrive in time and that you reserve your spot.  

Where are you located and do you offer training near me?
ICT Academy is a nationwide program with our headquarters in New York.  Our students are all over and enjoy our dynamic online training programs.  

When will I receive my certificate package?
Your official certificate package will be shipped after completion of your training.  This usually takes about one week.  You can send an email to inquire about the status of your completion package.  

What about International Students outside of the US?
ICT is honored to have been recognized in training students all over the USA and beyond including Canada, UK, Caribbean Islands, and various parts of Europe.  We can offer shipping to most of these places for an additional fee, however, we can provide documents and certificates electronically for students who we are unable to ship materials to.  International students can receive a discount if we are unable to ship certain student materials so that you can obtain these items yourself.  Please contact us by email if you are outside of the US to confirm.
